摘要
新型离子交换与吸附树脂的研究为国家自然科学基金委员会重点项目(1988—1990)。共包括四个子课题:1.手性配体高聚物的合成及D、L-氨基酸的光学拆分;2.尿素吸附树脂的合成、结构及其在血液灌流中的应用;3.亲水性载体的合成及接肽性能研究;4.金的离子交换与吸附化学及应用的研究。本文介绍项目的内容和实施进展。
Investigation on new type of ion-exchange resins and adsorption resins which are key research and approved by the Natural Science Foundation of China from 1988-1990. The item consisting of four parts: 1. syntheses of chiral ligand polymer of optical resolution of D,L-amino acids; 2. syntheses of urea adsorbents and investigating their structures of application on hemoperfusion; 3. syntheses of hydrophilic support and investigation on their properties for the peptide syntheses; 4. studies on their application in gold refining and recovery.
