颈内静脉穿刺置管逆行置入头端方向1例

摘要 1临床资料颈内静脉穿刺置管在临床用途广泛,用于监测中心静脉压、输注药物、输血输液、抽取血液标本等,近年来在麻醉领域中也广泛应用,但颈内静脉穿刺可能出现一些并发症,如损伤动脉、血肿、气胸等。本文报告一例颈内静脉穿刺置管逆行进入颈静脉球部的病例。1.1一般资料患者女性,58岁,体重65 kg,BMI25.39 kg·m-2,ASAⅡ级,既往体健,术前生化检查未见明显异常,
