摘要
结晶器漏钢预报系统是结晶器过程监控的主要手段,可有效避免粘结漏钢等异常事故,对提高铸坯质量和实现高拉速连铸具有重要意义。针对板坯连铸过程,通过漏钢过程热电偶温度历史数据的分析,提出了一种粘结漏钢预报的新逻辑判断模型,并开发结晶器漏钢预报系统,在H炼钢厂进行了应用实践,结果显示,该系统对粘结漏钢报出率为100%,预报准确率为78.26%,误报频率为0.15%次/炉,达到了较好的漏钢预报性能。
Mould breakout prediction system is the main method of mould process monitoring, which can effectively avoid such abnormalities as sticking- type breakout accident, and is of great significance to improve the slab quality and realize high speed continuous casting. For slab continuous casting process, based on the analysis of the thermocouples' temperature profile history during the breakout process, a new logic judgment model was proposed for sticking-type breakout prediction.And then mould breakout prediction system(MBPS) was developed. The system was applied to the slab casters in H steel plant. The results showed that the system's detection rate, accuracy rate of prediction and frequency of false alarm for sticking-type breakout are 100%, 78.26% and 0.15% time/heat respectively, which achieved better performance for breakout prediction.
