摘要
基于知识管理与技术创新基本理论,文章阐释了知识管理与技术创新的相关关系,分析了技术创新过程中的知识需求。同时,面向企业实践应用并基于知识管理理论从持续的组织学习机制、创新文化与制度、创新战略以及创新组织与团队建设四个方面提出了如何建设企业技术创新体系的方法,并构建了相应的概念模型。以上市公司九鼎新材为例,通过论证,提出建议,对于建设企业的技术创新体系、提升企业的技术创新能力具有一定的实践指导意义。
Based on the theory of knowledge management and technological innovation, the paper interprets the relationship between knowledge management and technological innovation and analyzes the demand of knowl- edge in the process of technological innovation. Thereafter, in view of enterprise＇s practical application and the theory of knowledge management, the paper proposes a method and a conceptual model for the development of an enterprise＇s technological innovation system from four aspects of continuous organizational learning mechanism, innovation culture and system, innovation strategy, innovation organization and team building. By a case study of a listed company Jiuding New Materials, the paper illustrates its content. Thus, the study of this paper has some certain practical significance for developing an enterprise＇s technological innovation system and improving its technological innovation capability.
