摘要
目的探究低温等离子射频联合鼻内窥镜治疗鼻腔血管瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2013年1月-2014年6月收治的180例鼻腔血管瘤患者作为研究对象,按入院顺序均分为治疗组和对照组两组,治疗组采用低温等离子射频联合鼻内窥镜治疗,对照组仅采用直接鼻内窥镜治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量分别为(30.0±8.0)min、(20.0±5.0)m L,与对照组的(35.0±6.5)min、(25.0±5.5)m L对比具有显著优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组一次性摘除肿物成功率达100%,术后无并发症发生。结论低温等离子射频联合鼻内窥镜治疗鼻腔血管瘤手术出血量少,手术时间短,成功率高,值得临床广泛推广。
【Objective】To investigate the clinic effect radiofrequency ablation combined with nasal speculum in treatment of nasal angioma.【Methods】Collected 180 patients with nasal angioma from 2013 January to 2014 June in our hospital as subjects.Divided into treatment groups and control group by the time of admission.Treatment group received radiofrequency ablation,control group received nasal speculum.To compare the treatment effects.【Results】The operating time（30.0±8.0）min and bleeding volum during operation（20.0±5.0）m L were significantly lower than those of control group（P0.01）.The achievement ratio of operation reached 100% without complication after operation.【Conclusion】The virus replicantion of patients without treatment is not ignored.The treatment of HIV antiviral of D4T＋3TC＋NVP method used in test is effective and can reduce destruction of CD4 by HIV,improve the life quality,extend the life-span. Radiofrequency ablation combined with nasal speculum in treatment of nasal angioma is worthy of applicationv because of less bleeding volum during operation,shorter operating time and higher achievement ratio of operation.
