摘要
本文通过分析英、美、德等国家庭医生制度的研究现状和实践情况,总结他国家庭医生服务模式、特点及经验,从而揭示国外家庭医生制度系统性、规范性及普及性等特点。启示我国应从以下几个方面优化家庭医生服务模式:(1)建立居民签约机制与社区首诊制;(2)实行按人头预付的卫生服务经费管理模式;(3)扩大医生服务项目范围,鼓励家庭医生联合协同服务;(4)严格规范家庭医生资质。
Through analyzing the study situation and implement status of family doctor system of England,America and German,the international service models,characteristics and experience are summarized,and characteristics of systematization and standardization are revealed. Family doctor service model in China should be optimized from the following aspects：（ 1） establishing signing mechanism and the community first diagnosis system;（ 2） implementing health service management of prepaid capitation funding;（ 3） expanding the scope of medical services and encouraging joint collaboration service;（ 4） strictly regulating family doctor qualifications.
