摘要
本文对６例伴耳鸣、眩晕或听力下降的Ｂｅｌｌ麻痹进行了听力学观察。结果证实这些Ｂｅｌｌ麻痹病人伴有耳蜗、前庭功能的改变。提示Ｂｅｌｌ麻痹并不是一种独立性疾病。Ｂｅｌｌ麻痹病人耳蜗前庭功能改变的原因有待进一步的探讨。
We have reported 6 cases of Bell’s palsywith tinnitus, vertigo or hearing loss.These patients received a series of audiological examinations, including audiometry,acoustic impedance,ABR and hallpike caloric test etc.The results show that Bell’s palsy is not a single disease of the seventh cranial nerve.The real cause of the changes in the cochlear and vestibular functions tions is not clear.
