摘要
目的对急性重型颅脑损伤患者实施院前急救护理的效果进行评定。方法将82例急性重型颅脑损伤患者平均分为研究组和对照组(n=41),研究组患者均实施院前急救护理,对照组患者直接送入医院救治。结果研究组首次救治时间、生存率以及死亡率等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对急性重型颅脑损伤患者应用院前急救护理对策进行护理,能够增强临床疗效,提高生存率,降低死亡率。
Objective To evaluate first aid effect of patients with acute severe craniocerebral injury.Methods 82 cases of acute severe craniocerebral injury patients divided into research group and the control group （n = 41）.Observation group patients were the implementation of pre-hospital emergency care,and control group patients admitted to a hospital directly.ResultsThe team for the first time, cure time, survival rate and mortality rate and other indicators were better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Pre-hospital first aid of acute severe craniocerebral injury patients can significantly enhance the clinical curative effect, improve the survival rate,and reduce mortality.
