摘要
Isolation and culture of mycoplasmas were carried out in 565 cases,including 179 cases of gonococcal urethritis(GU),250 cases of non-gonococcal urethritis(NGU)and 146 controls.The results showed ureaplasma urealyticum positive in 161,mycoplasma hominis positive in 9,and McAb positive in 8.The total positive rate was 31.5 percent.The results rvealed that the positive rates in GU and NGU groups were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that ureaplasma urealyticum is the main pathogen of NGU,and the causes that mycoplasmas continuously exist in male urethra are manifested.
