摘要
针对某新建煤化工项目甲醇装置优化运行所存在的问题,通过原料煤优化、管理优化及系统扩容改造三方面探讨了提升甲醇产量、降低消耗以提升效益的手段。原料煤的优化从成浆性能出发,选取内水含量适合的煤种,显著提升了水煤浆浓度、甲醇产量,降低了甲醇单耗;另从灰特性、分散剂、粒度级配等方面提出了优化原料入炉性质的方法。管理优化从装置安稳长周期运行、合成气回用、公用工程平衡的优化管理方面提出挖潜增效、压减操作成本的要点,向管理要效益。系统扩容改造提出通过现有气化装置增加投煤量以提高合成气生产能力,初步分析了气化系统、净化合成系统设备处理能力与扩容后的匹配性,以及所需的改造。
According to a new coal chemical industry project optimization problems existing in operation of the methanol device, through raw material coal optimization, management optimization and innovation of the system expands three aspects discusses the increase methanol output, reduce the consumption to enhance the effective means.Optimization of raw material coal from water slurry performance, select suitable coal, water content significantly increased the concentration of coal water slurry, methanol production, reduces the methanol consumption; From the other grey characteristics, dispersant, grain size distribution, etc, put forward the optimizing raw material charging method of the nature of particular average. Management optimization from the plant to run for a long period of time, the optimization of synthesis gas recycling, utilities balance management put forward the potentialities and increasing benefit, decompression operation cost, to the management to benefit. Expansion and system transformation is put forward through the existing coal gasification unit add up quantity in order to improve the syngas production capacity, a preliminary analysis of the gasification system, purify synthesis system equipment processing capacity and the match expansion capacity, as well as the required modification.
