新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的疗效观察被引量：4

摘要目的探讨新辅助化疗在乳腺癌治疗中的应用效果。方法将220例乳腺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组各110例。所有患者接受常规对症治疗和密切护理,并行保乳手术,研究组联合新辅助化疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果研究组总有效率为79.1%高于对照组的59.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌是一种行之有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。
