摘要
目的 探讨社区糖尿病患者在社康中心监测血糖的重要性。方法 选择2013年2月-2014年10月在本社康中心进行诊治的80例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机抽签原则将其分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗与护理,治疗组在对照组基础上加用基于血糖监测的社康综合教育管理,两组均持续干预3个月,观察两组的预后与血糖变化。结果 干预后,治疗组的治疗有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;干预后,两组的空腹血糖值均呈现明显下降趋势（P〈0.05）,且治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论社康中心血糖监测能够提供患者的动态血糖变化情况,有利于指导干预,有助于降低血糖水平,有很好的应用价值。
Objective To explore the significance of blood sugar monitoring for community patients with diabetes in community health centre. Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted into our community health centre from February 2013 to October 2014 were selected,they were divided into treatment group and control group according to a random draw,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given regular treatment and nursing, and the treatment group was given community comprehensive education management of blood glucose monitoring based on the control group,two groups continued intervention for 3 months.Changes of prognosis and blood sugar in two groups were observed. Results After the intervention,effective rate in the treatment group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 87.5% of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.After the intervention,fasting blood sugar in two groups showed an obvious decreasing trend（P〈0.05）,and the fasting blood sugar in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Blood sugar monitoring in the community health centre is able to provide patients＇ dynamic changes of blood sugar,which is beneficial in guiding intervention,may help reduce the level of blood sugar,and has good application value.
