摘要
结合相关标准及工程实践对结构实体钢筋保护层厚度检验的若干问题进行论述,认为:设计文件应给定保护层厚度的设计定值而非"最小值";验收规范对抽样构件、检测点、检测方法的规定不够明确,相关方宜在检测前进行合理选取与约定;抽样构件的选取原则建议为受力较大及较易出现耐久性问题的构件;"有代表性"的检测点选取原则建议为最大受力截面并兼顾耐久性的要求;梁纵筋保护层厚度检测方法宜为局部破损法。
Combined with the relevant standards and engineering practice, some questions about the thickness of reinforced protection cover test of structural entity are discussed,. It is pointed out that the design document should give the fixed value of the thickness of protection layer rather than the minimum value. Acceptance specification for sampling component, detection point and detection method are not clear enough. It should make a reasonable selection and appointment before detection. Suggestions for selecting principle of sampling components are made, i.e. , the components are the larger force bearing and are easy to appear the durability problem. The recommendations of selecting the " representative" detection points are also made, which is the maximum stress section and durability requirements in the same time. The local damage law is suitable for testing the thickness of beam longitudinal reinforcement protection cover.
