摘要
目前大型火电机组广泛使用P91/P92材料制作集箱和主蒸汽、再热蒸汽管道等部件,由于其焊接工艺要求比较严格,在焊接过程中容易产生焊缝根部缺陷及层间微小裂纹等缺陷。而对于焊缝根部裂纹超声波检测过程中,缺陷与根部焊瘤不易区分,使得缺陷难于检出。利用CIVA仿真分析软件,对不同高度和埋藏深度下的管道根部裂纹进行仿真,并对其声束传播路径、根部焊瘤成型反射特征及缺陷波形的变化规律进行了分析。
The large thermal power unit widely uses P91/P92 steel to make header and main steam, reheat steam pipe,etc.. Because of the strict requirement on welding process, welding defects are easy to appear in welding root and interlayer. During the ultrasonic testing of welding root crack, the defect and welding root are difficult to distin- guish which makes the defect difficult to detect. In this article,using CIVA simulation software,the pipe welding root crack in different height and buried depth was simulated, and the beam propagation path, root forming reflection char- acteristics and the change of defect waveform were analyzed.
