摘要
整车匹配检具设计开发过程中项目管理的运用相当多,设计过程管理、项目时间进度管理、成本管理、人力资源管理、制造集成管理、质量控制管理等等。文章主要阐述了在设计开发过程管理中,需要建立并推行设计流程和编制清晰的流程图,同时还需建立设计结构数据库。
Project management has been widely used in TAC design and development process. For instance, project management has been implemented in design, cost control, human resource, manufacture and integration, quality control. In design project management, it is suggested to create clear process flow chart to control all interface steps in design flow. Another key point is build the math database of TAC structure.
