活性白土法精制间对甲酚研究

摘要 通过对褐煤气化分离所得的间对甲酚产品进行GC-MS测定,定性分析间对甲酚产品短期发生变色的主要杂质是含氮碱性化合物。研究了以活性白土为脱色催化剂的反应温度、反应时间及催化剂用量等因素对脱色的影响,结果表明在反应温度为110℃,反应时间为1.5h,活性白土用量为间对甲酚质量的3.5%条件下,反应产物经过滤、精馏后,所得产品保存半年内不再变色。 The main factor causing discoloration is alkaline nitrogen compounds through the analysis by the GC -MS. The experimental studied three factors that reaction temperature, reaction time and added amount on the effects of decolorization. The results showed that the optimization of conditions which the time was 1.5h, the temperature was at 110℃ ,the added amount was 3.5% of the cresol. The reaction products after filtration, distillation could keep half a year that no longer change color.
