摘要
[目的]观察圣愈汤治疗气血不足型偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组40例氟桂利嗪5mg/次,1次/d。治疗组40例圣愈汤(熟地、生地各30g,川芎、红参各20g,当归10g,黄芪80g),水煎500m L,早晚温服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈28例,好转12例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组治愈20例,好转12例,无效8例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]圣愈汤治疗气血不足型偏头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of San Yu Tang on treating migraine with blood deficiency.[Methods]80 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment.The control group of 40 cases of flunarizine 5mg/times,1 times/d.Treatment group（n=40）San Yu Tang（Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,30 g,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Ginseng Rubra,20 g,angelica 10 g,Astragalus 80g）,water simmer in Water 500 ml,morning and evening clothes.14 d is a continuous treatment for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,adverse reactions.Continuous treatment of 2 courses,determine the efficacy.[Results]The treatment group cured 28 cases,improved 12 cases,invalid 0 cases,the total effective rate was 100%.in the control group,20 cases were cured,12 cases improved,8 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 80%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]The treatment of migraine with blood deficiency type is satisfactory,no serious adverse reaction,is worth promoting.
