摘要
社区体育公园是广大社区居民体育休闲发展的重要载体和发展方向。本文紧扣"空间"和"市场"两大主题,通过构建体育公园发展布局的空间优化模型,发现社区体育公园是民生需求的必然结果,六边形的布局模型是社区体育公园发展的理想形式。通过市场配置主导下的政府行为研究,认为市场化有助于打破传统社区体育公园"成也公益,败也公益"的怪圈。希望通过建立符合中国国情的社区体育公园空间优化布局模型与市场配置主导的前补偿模式(SBOT),为国家有关社区体育公园的开发、管理提供理论支持和决策依据。
The community sports park is an important place for developing physical culture and residential recreation. By focusing on the topics of space and market, and building a spatial optimization model for the sports park, we find the community sports park is an essential need of residents and the hexagon layout is ideal. After studying the government behavior directed by market allocation, we come to the conclusion that marketization helps the sports park to to break the strange circle where public welfare eigher makes or breaks. With the proposal of constructing a spatial optimization model and SBOT directed by market allocation in line with the Chinese national conditions, this study aims to help the government develop and manage community sports parks in terms of theoretical support and policy making.
