摘要
目的:研究体外诊断医用设备电容电击危害的防护问题。方法 :通过研究现行体外诊断医用设备安全标准及有关电流流过人体的效应的基础标准,讨论电容电击危害相应标准要求的原理以及剩余电压的测量要求。结果:给出预防电容电击危害的设计建议和体外诊断医用设备剩余电压测试的注意事项。结论:在医用设备设计和使用阶段有效规避电容电击危害、提升剩余电压测试的效率和有效性具有重要意义。
Objective To study the protection of electric shock hazards caused by capacitor discharges of in vitro diagnostic medical device. Methods By studying the current safety standard for in vitro diagnostic medical device and the general standard for effects of current on human beings and livestock, the principles of shock caused by capacitor discharges and the requirements for residual voltage test were discussed. Results The design recommendations were introduced for the protection of electric shock hazards caused by capacitor discharges, and the suggestions were provided for residual voltage test. Conclusion The recommendations and suggestions above may effectively reduce the possibility of electric shock caused by capacitor discharges, and improve the test efficiency and effectiveness.
