耐药志贺菌感染——面临的新问题

摘要 2014年5月至2015年2月之间美国本土发现多例耐环丙沙星志贺菌感染病例,部分集中发病的病例中耐药比例近90%。志贺菌耐药情况再次受到关注,耐药志贺菌感染成为全球面临的重要公共卫生问题。1志贺菌耐药变迁 志贺菌属细菌属于革兰阴性杆菌,包括O和K两种抗原,其中根据O抗原将志贺菌属分为4个群47个血清型,自20世纪50年代,日本学者首次报道志贺菌对磺胺类药物耐药以来,相继又出现了志贺菌对氯霉素、四环素和氨苄西林耐药的报道。
