摘要
本文根据24侧尸体解剖,161例腮腺切除解剖面神经手术的实地观察测量,确定了面神经颅外段的实用标志,并经332例腮腺切除手术验证。面神经颅外段分为四段:1.面神经干;2.腮腺内段含面神经分叉和分支;3.腮腺外段(嚼肌段);4.面段。最后介绍了术中应用这些标志的体会。
According to the data from 24 cadavers and 161 clinical cases of parotidectomy observed,the practical landmarks of the extracranial part of the facial nerves are confirmed and ver-ified further by 332 cases of parotidectomy and a lot of other operations concerned.For the clinical application the extracranial part of facial nerve may be divided intofour segments:1.The main trunk of facial nerve.2.The intraparotid segment:containing thebifurcation and branches.3.The extraparotid segment:containing 6 groups of branches.4.The facial segment.The clinical experiences of dissecting and preserving the facial nerve by these landmarksin maxillofacial surgery are reported.
