血清及卵泡液中肝素结合性表皮生长因子水平与多囊卵巢综合征关系的研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过检测肝素结合性表皮生长因子(HB-EGF)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清和卵泡液中的表达量,探讨PCOS发病的可能机制。方法:选择60例因PCOS实施体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术患者为PCOS组;同期卵巢反应正常,因输卵管阻塞接受IVF治疗的患者60例作为对照组,收集两组采卵日的血清及卵泡液,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清和卵泡液中HB-EGF的表达量。结果:PCOS组患者血清及卵泡液中HB-EGF表达量均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);PCOS组和对照组血清HB-EGF水平均明显高于卵泡液,且呈正相关(r=0.85,P<0.01;r=0.87,P<0.01)。结论:PCOS患者存在高HB-EGF血症,卵泡液中HB-EGF升高可能受血清中HB-EGF影响,HB-EGF可能与PCOS的发生机制有关。 Objective: To detect the correlation between the heparin-binding epidermal growth factor (HB- EGF) level in serum and follicular fluid and polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) ,and the possible role of HB-EGF in the pathogenesis of PCOS. Methods :The samples of serum and follicular fluid were collected from 60 patients who underwent in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) due to PCOS( PCOS group)and 60 women with regular ovulation who underwent IVF due to fallopian tube factors(control group). The levels of HB-EGF were detected by ELISA. Results:The levels of HB-EGF in serum, follicular fluid in PCOS group were both higher than those in the control group, respectively( P 〈 0.01 ). In both two groups,the serum HB-EGF levels were higher than and positively correlated with the follicular fluid levels( r =0. 85, P 〈 0.01 ;r = 0.87, P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusions:Higher serum HB-EGF was correlated with PCOS. HB-EGF may participate in the pathogenesis of PCOS,and the increase of follicular fluid HB-EGF may be partially correlated with the serum HB-EGF.
