摘要
目的:观察为严重胫腓骨开放性骨折患者外固定支架治疗的实际效果。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年7月入住本院的严重胫腓骨开放性骨折患者100例,按随机数字表法将其分成试验组和对照组,每组各50例。试验组应用外固定支架治疗,对照组行钢板螺钉内固定手术,比较两组手术效果。结果:试验组创面愈合时间为(21.21±5.63)d,骨折愈合时间为(12.86±4.65)周,ARDS(急性呼吸窘迫综合征)发生率为6.0%,MODS(多器官功能障碍综合征)发生率为6.0%,创面感染率为34.0%,膝关节功能恢复优良率为94.0%,踝关节功能恢复优良率为80.0%,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外固定支架治疗严重胫腓骨开放性骨折,效果满意,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective：To observe the actual effect of external fixation in the treatment of severe open tibiofibula fracture patients.Method：100 patients with severe open tibiofibula fracture were selected from June 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital,according to random number table method who were divided into the experimental group and the control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was applied external fixation support for treatment,the control group underwent plate and screw fixation surgery,the operation effects of two groups were compared.Result：The wound healing time of experimental group was（21.21±5.63）d,fracture healing time was（12.86±4.65） weeks,the incidence of ARDS（acute respiratory distress syndrome） was 6.0%,the incidence of MODS（multiple organ dysfunction syndrome） was 6.0%,the incidence of wound infection rate was 34.0%,the excellent rate of knee joint functional recovery was 94.0%,the ankle function recovered fine rate was 80.0%,compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：External fixation support in the treatment of severe tibiofibula open fractures,the effect is satisfied,it is worth further clinical application and promotion.
