摘要
水库土坝的渗流问题和除险加固问题一直是水利工程中一个非常重要的课题。中国的水利管理系统显示,中国有三分之一的水库土坝属于病险水库土坝。要想土坝发挥供电、防洪、灌溉、供水等功能,就需要定期对土坝进行安全检测。研究病险土坝的治理方式就显得比较重要。
The seepage problem of reservoir dam and dam reinforcement are very important research topics in the wa- ter conservancy project. China＇s water management system shows that one-third of the reservoir dams in China belong to dangerous reservoirs dams. If we want to play the power supply, flood control, dam irrigation, water supply and other functions of dams, we need to regularly test the safety of dams. Study on the treatment of dangerous dams becomes more important.
