摘要
目的探讨妊娠期糖代谢异常对母婴甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法回顾性分析在我院分娩的378名产妇的临床资料,按照血糖控制水平分为糖代谢异常组(观察组)26例和糖代谢正常组(对照组)352例,测定两组母婴TSH、FT3、FT4、T3、T4和TSH水平,并进行比较分析。结果观察组FT3、FT4、脐血TSH水平均低于对照组,T4水平高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TSH、T3水平差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组Hb A1c水平与FT4呈正相关(r=0.315,P=0.045)。结论妊娠期糖代谢异常对母婴的甲状腺激素水平有不良影响,一旦发现异常及时进行干预。
Objective To investigate the influence of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy on maternal and neonatal thyroid hormone level. Methods We study 378 pregnant women material in our hospital They are divided into two groups: observation group with 26 cases whose blood glucose are abnormal and control group with 352 cases whose blood glucose are normal. Then we compare the thyroid hormone level of two groups. Results The observation group FT3, FT4, the umbilical cord blood TSH levels were lower than those in the control group, T4 level higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P〈0.05); two groups ofTSH, T3 level had no significant difference (P〉0.05); two groups of HbA I c level was positively correlated with FT4. Conclusion There are adverse effects of abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy on maternal thyroid hormone level, Once found abnormal, we can give intervention timely.
