IMS Global Learning Consortium Strives to Enable the Growth and Impact of Learning Technology

摘要 介绍了IMS全球学习联盟的基本信息、组织构成、合作成员,重点描述IMS标准的开发程序及和制定或正在制定的六种主要标准,分析了IMS标准对ISO/IEC JTC1/SC36国际标准和国内CELTS标准产生的影响,总结了IMS标准研制经验带来的加强企业联系、设立激励机制等启示。 Firstly, this paper gives a brief introduction to the basic information about IMS Global Learning Consortium, structure, cooperative members et, al. Then it focus on the IMS specification development process and the six main developed or developing specifi cations,analyzes IMS specifi cation' infl uence on the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36 international standards and our CELTS standard, and concludes the indication brought by the experience of IMS standards development, including strengthening relation with enterprises, establishing incentive mechanism, et, al.
