摘要
运用休闲限制理论,从"个人限制"、"人际限制"、"结构性限制"三个角度对高校女性教师的休闲体育参与影响因素进行综合分析.研究认为:高校女性教师休闲体育参与的价值取向呈现出健身性、娱乐性和社会交往性的多元特征;高校女性教师休闲体育参与总体比例不高,未能树立正确的健康观念;高校女性教师休闲体育参与的理念与行动相脱节、存在间断性,正确的健身观念缺失.从宏观和微观两个层面提出相应的建议.
From the three perspectives of "personal limitations", "interpersonal limitations", and "structural limitations", this thesis means to use the Leisure Constraint Theory to make a com- prehensive analysis on the influential factors of the female teachers' participation in the leisure sports in regular institutions of higher learning. It turns out to be that those female teachers' participation in the leisure sports has the tendency of multi-features, which is for the purposes of fitness, entertain- ment and social interaction. In addition, the total proportion of their participation in the leisure sports is not so high, and it seems that they haven't built a correct health concept. Moreover, there is a discontinuity in their ideas and action of participating in the leisure sports, which means that they lack a proper fitness concept. This thesis is to provide some advice on both macro and micro levels.
