摘要
以总磷为去除对象,采用臭氧氧化—化学沉淀法联合工艺进行电镀含磷废水的处理。考察了臭氧投加量、臭氧反应时间、废水中总磷初始浓度、废水初始p H对非正磷酸盐氧化率的影响以及沉淀剂种类和浓度对沉淀效率的影响。实验结果表明,经过臭氧氧化—化学沉淀法联合工艺的处理,电镀废水总磷指标可以稳定达到《电镀污染物综合排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)表3中水污染物特别排放限值。
Taking th e total phosphorus as a removal target,the combined process,ozone oxidation-chemical precipitation,has been used for removing phosphorus from real electroplating phosphorus-containing wastewater. The influences of ozone dosage,oxidation reaction time,initial concentration of phosphorous,and initial p H on the oxidation rate of nonorthophosphate are investigated. And,the influences of the species and concentrations of precipitants on precipitation efficiency are also investigated. The results show that the total phosphorus index of phosphorus-containing wastewater can stably reach the water pollutant special discharge limit value specified in Table 3 of the Comprehensive Discharge Standard for Pollutants from Electroplating(GB 21900—2008),after it has been treated by the combined process,ozone oxidation-chemical precipitation.
