摘要
通过岩矿分析、XRD物相分析和化学分析等方法对内蒙古某隐晶质石墨矿进行原矿特性分析,采用乳化浮选工艺技术,即煤油、水、非离子型表面改性剂(FLB)按照38∶60∶2的质量配比,在转速9000 r/min强力机械搅拌35 min条件下配制成的乳状液作为捕收剂,可将固定碳含量为66.50%的隐晶质石墨矿提纯至94.79%的高碳产品。
It explores the raw ore's characteristics of some aphanitic graphite ore in Inner Mongolia under the methods of rock ore analysis, X-ray diffraction phase analysis and chemical analysis. By emulsified flotation technology, which is a collector made under the mass concentration ratio of 38∶60∶2 kerosene, water and FBL and stirred hard by machine that rotates at the speed of 9000 r/min, it can purify the aphanitic graphite ore which carbon content is 66.50 % to high carbon products which that is 94.79%.
