摘要
将模糊数学理论应用到机械加工的质量控制中,建立模糊识别模型;根据模糊数学理论建立隶属度函数,计算出各质量问题对各故障的隶属程度;根据隶属度对故障进行分类,提出模糊识别系统的统计学习方法,以此来适应随着时间或加工对象的变化而造成的各质量问题对各故障隶属度的变化,使模糊诊断效果更好。
: The theory of fuzzy mathematics was applied to quality control during machining with the establishment of fuzzy diagnosis model. The subject degree function was bui It then based on fuzzy mathematical theory to calculate the subject degree between each quality issue and the failure. The failures were classified in accordance with the subject degree to set forth the statistical learning technique in fuzzy diagnosis system, this technique may adapt the varied subject degree between each quality issue and the failure caused by the variance in the time or the processed objective and enable a better effects in fuzzy diagnosis.
