摘要
研究基础日粮中添加不同形式的硒源及其含量水平对断奶"杜×长大"仔猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,试验2,3组(分别在基础日粮中添加0.3,0.5 mg/kg酵母硒)末体质量、平均日增质量、平均采食量、料质量比、腹泻率和死淘率较试验1组(在基础日粮中添加0.1 mg/kg酵母硒)和对照组显著改善(P<0.05),试验2,3组间各项指标差异均不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑成本及效果,建议在断奶仔猪饲料中添加0.3 mg/kg酵母硒即可满足动物对硒的需要。
In the experiment, the influence of various Se sources and feeding levels to production performance of weaner "Du ×Changda" were studied. The results showed that the mean levels of final liveweight, daily gain, feed intake, feed conversion, diarrhea rate and culling death rate of group 2 and 3, fed with 0.3, 0.5 mg/kg yeast Se, were all significantly improved than those of group 1 fed with0.1 mg/kg yeast Se and the control(P〈0.05); and the differences between all indexes of group 2 and 3 were not significant. On view of production cost and befinit, Se addition is suggested at the level of 0.3 mg/kg to meet the need of piglets.
