睾丸弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤伴颌面部多发转移一例并文献复习 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨睾丸弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）伴颌面部多发转移病例的临床病理学特点及其治疗策略.方法 回顾性分析1例睾丸DLBCL伴颌面部多发转移患者的临床资料及病理切片,并复习相关文献.结果 患者确诊为原发性睾丸DLBCL伴颌面部多发转移.组织学形态归于免疫母细胞DLBCL,免疫分型为非生发中心（non-GCB）型.结论 睾丸DLBCL伴颌面部多发转移罕见,是一种高度侵袭性肿瘤,预后较差.结合组织学形态及免疫组织化学染色有助于明确诊断,手术切除后辅助化疗及放疗,可以提高无进展生存期.
