不同垂直骨面型成人骨性Ⅱ1类错女性髁突形态CBCT研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的利用锥形束CT(CBCT)测量成人骨性Ⅱ1类错女性病人髁突相关指标,比较其在不同垂直骨面型病人中的差异,为临床诊治提供参考。方法从青岛市口腔医院影像科CBCT资料库中筛选成人女性骨性Ⅱ1类错病人,分为高角组、均角组和低角组各20例。将样本的CBCT影像以DICOM格式输入软件Mimics10.01中进行重建,测量髁突体积、表面积、形态指数、髁突内外径与前后径。结果 3组左右侧髁突各指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。低角组各指标与均角组比较,低角组除髁突形态指数外其余指标与高角组比较,高角组髁突内外径、前后径和形态指数与均角组比较,差异均有显著性(F=3.365~27.035,P〈0.05)。结论不同垂直骨面型成人骨性Ⅱ1类错女性病人髁突形态存在一定差异。 Objective Employing cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)to measure condylar-related markers in adult women with skeletal classⅡ1malocclusions and compare them with patients with different vertical skeletal features,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Sixty patients with skeletal classⅡ1malocclusions were selected from CBCT database of Qingdao Stomatological Hospital and divided into three groups as:high angle group,middle angle group,and low angle group,with 20 in each group.The samples of CBCT images were imput into Mimics 10.01 as DICOM pattern for reconstruction,the condylar volume and surface area,morphological index,exterior and interior diameter,and anteroposterior diameter were measured. Results No statistically significant differences were observed between the right and left condylar process in terms of all markers in the three groups(P0.05).A comparison between low angle group and middle angle group showed the differences of all markers were significant,except condylar morphological index(F=3.365-27.035,P0.05). Conclusion There is a certain difference of morphology in adult women with skeletal classⅡ1malocclusions of different vertical skeletal pattern.
