心脏手术相关性急性肾损伤相关危险因素及防治策略 被引量：1

摘要 心脏相关性急性肾损伤（Cadiac sugery associated acute kidney injury,CSA-AKI）是心脏手术后常见的严重并发症,表现为肾脏排泄功能在短时间内急剧下降。CSA-AKI在心脏手术患者中的发生率为15%-30%,CSA-AKI患者的预后较差,病死率15%-30%,2%的CSA-AKI患者需行肾脏替代治疗（Renal Replacement Therapy,RRT）,其病死率高达60％～70％.
