摘要
在对山东省就业有影响的各行业进行汇总统计的基础上,构建了专门针对与就业有关的行业评价灰色关联体系。运用灰色关联度与权变系数结合法将山东省内部三大行业类型与外部8个省市行业就业竞争力进行评价研究。横向和纵向研究结果显示,山东省总体就业形势与其他8个发达省市相比优势很大,就业竞争力排名第二,具有很好的就业环境。此外,在山东省的各行业中,房地产业、公共管理和社会组织行业、制造业、建筑业、交通运输邮政业是影响山东省就业的主要行业,金融行业是潜力行业,这些行业均可以作为大学生省内择业的首选目标。
Abstract The Grey Relational system of industries related to the job evaluation has been built on the basis of statistics for all industries that affecting employment data in Shandong Province. To evaluation studies the competitiveness of industry＇s employment from three internal industries in Shandong Province and eight external provinces by Gray Relational and Contingency Coefficient methods. The results of horizontal and vertical showed that Shandong Province has a great advantage through the overall employment situation compared with other eight developed provinces, employability and competitiveness ranked second, with good employment environment; In addition, real-estate, public-administration and social-organizations in- dustry, manufacturing, construction, transportation and postal services are the main industries in Shandong Province affected employment,the financial industry is a potential industry,it can be the preferred target for college students in the province careers.
