摘要
根据甘南地区小水电群并网供电运行的特点,分析了小水电群在丰水期大负荷、枯水期低谷负荷时期并网供电对局域电网安全稳定运行带来的影响,并对小水电群上网电量、水轮机特性和负荷变化对区域电网稳定性的影响进行了分析。提出通过改变水轮机智能调速系统以保证其稳定运行,根据供水量和负荷变化的实际情况动态调整功率因数以提高电网的经济和安全稳定性,并合理选择小水电与网络的接入点,减少供电线路损耗以提高局域电网稳定性运行。
According to the characteristics of small hydropower group base and supply network running inthe region of Gannan,this article analyzed small hydropower group in high load wet period and dry seasonlow load power grid impact on the security and stability of local area network power grid,and analyzed thestability of the regional power grid from small hydropower group of grid electricity, turbine characteristicsand load changes. By changing the turbine intelligent speed control system to ensure its stable operation isproposeddynamieally adjusting the power factor by the actual situation of water supply and load changesto improve the economic and security stability of the grid;also reasonably choosing small hydropower andnetwork access point, reduced line losses to improve local power grid stability operation.
