摘要
针对液力透平试验时流量波动导致转速不稳定的问题,提出了利用液压伺服阀节流调速技术实现液力透平恒转速输出的控制方案。在分析该系统动态过程的基础上,建立了控制系统的传递函数,并利用Matlab对一个液力透平恒转速控制系统实例进行了仿真分析。结果表明:采用简单的PID控制器,适当调节控制器参数,即可将液力透平转速控制在一个误差可接受的范围内,并具有满意的动态响应。
The hydraulic energy recovery turbine is a kind of equipment which is used to recover the energyfrom the high pressure fluid produced in a chemical process. In view of the problems that the flow rate fluc-tuation of the tested turbine leads to instability of the rotational speed, a new control strategy was proposedto achieve a constant output of the rotational speed of turbine, using the throttling speed regulation tech-nology of hydraulic servo valve. A transfer function of the control system was established based on the a-nalysis of the dynamic process, and an emulation analysis on the turbine constant speed control system ex-ample was done using the Matlab. The research results and example show that the rotational speed of tur-bine can be controlled in an acceptable range of errors, and the dynamic response is also satisfied by usingan ordinary PID controller and adjusting the controller parameters properly.
