摘要
2012年6月21日,教育部正式发文批准在中央广播电视大学的基础上建立国家开放大学,标志着我国远程开放教育正式进入了开放大学转型关键期。在此过程中,校园文化作为高校育人的关键,基层电大的校园文化建设也应纳入我们的关注视野,探索建立以大学精神引领的校园文化,将对促进基层电大的可持续内涵式发展具有重要意义。
On June 21, 2012, the Ministry of Education issued a document formally approved the establishment of National Open University on the basis of ＂The Open University of China＂, marking China＇s distance open education officially entered the critical period of transition. Campus culture is a key part in college education in this process. The construction of campus culture in grassroots open universities should become a focus. The exploration of establishing a campus culture guided by the spirit of university will play an important role in promoting the sustainable development of distance education.
