摘要
对科研工作认识片面、科研基础条件不足、科研管理不规范、教师缺乏科研基础等是制约高职院校科研发展的主要因素。针对这些问题提出了充分认识科研在高职院校发展中的作用,明确高职院校科研的定位和方向,加强科研工作的规范化管理,校企合作解决科研资金不足,注重科研队伍建设等应对策略。
According to the factors which restrict scientific research in higher vocational colleges, the paper provides the relevant countermeasures, such as standerdizing management, gaining fund through school-enterprise cooperation and constructing a qualified scientific research team.
