摘要
城乡一体化是中国现代化和城市化发展的一个新阶段。当前我国城乡一体化还存在着评价指标体系不健全、土地强征、房屋强拆、城乡差距仍然明显、公共资源配置不合理、区域发展不平衡等一系列问题。本文主要通过分析我国城乡一体化发展现状,重点揭示当前我国城乡一体化进程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出几点有利于促进我国城乡一体化的建议。
The urban-rural integration is a new stage in the development of China＇s modernization and urbanization. Now our urban-rural integration has still a number of issues,such as imperfect assessment indicator system,land imposition,house toll breakdown,urban-rural gap distinct,common resource unreasonable distribution,and regional development imbalances. This paper is based on the analysis of current situation of the development of urban-rural integration in our country,focuses on revealing the process of urbanization in our current problems,and on this basis,we can put forward some beneficial countermeasures to promoting China＇s urban and rural integration.
