民办高校教师压力应对方式与心理健康关系初探 被引量:1

Exploration on the Relationship between Teachers' Tackling Stress Style and Mental Health in Private Colleges and Universities

摘要 本研究采用症状自评量表SCL-90和应对方式问卷对山西省太原市某民办高校118名高校教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:民办高校教师最常用的压力应对方式依次为:解决问题、求助、合理化、退避、幻想和自责。与国内常模相比,民办高校教师心理健康水平偏低。求助、合理化有助于保持身心健康;幻想、退避、解决问题则相反。 This study applies the symptom self rating scale of SCL-90 and coping style questionnaire which is carried out in a private college in Taiyuan city,Shanxi Province,the questionnaire surveys 118 college teachers,the results show that the most commonly used tackling stress style of private college teachers is as follows: problem solving,help,rationalization,avoidance,illusion and remorse. Compared with domestic norm,the mental health of private college teachers is low. Help and rationalization are in favor of maintaining a healthy body and mind; while fantasy,avoidance and solving the problem are on the contrary.
