摘要
本文以湘西州的21所中小学为研究对象。旨在调查该地区英语基础教育现状,调查发现目前存在英语师资不足、学历偏低、知识结构单一,教师缺乏职后继续教育等因素。并提出通过强化职后培训,优化师资队伍;创新教学方法,渗透课程理念;强化短期培训,着眼职业规划等策略探索本地区英语教师职业规划培训模式。
This paper takes 21 primary schools and middle schools in Xiangxi as the research objects. The aim of this study is to investigate the current situation of English elementary education in the region,and the survey finds that there are some problems such as lack of English teachers,low academic qualifications of the teachers,single structure of knowledge,and lack of continuing education. The paper puts forward the local English teacher career planning training mode by strengthening post-vocational training,optimizing the teacher troop; innovating teaching methods,permeating curriculum concept; strengthening the short-term training,focusing on vocational planning.
