摘要
近年来,精神疾病的诊疗方法有了长足的发展,然而精神专科医院患者安全文化仅处于中等水平,其中对安全事件的主动报告亟待改进,不同专业医务人员的安全文化认知存在差异,人力配置不能满足患者诊治工作需求,对安全事件的惩罚式处置以及安全文化的认知不足是制约医院安全文化建设的重要因素。决策系统应变革安全事件处理方式,改善医务人员安全文化认知能力,加大对员工的人文关怀,提高员工工作满意度,合理配置人力资源,采取科学的干预措施,提升医院安全文化水平。
In recent years ,the mental illness diagnosis and treatment methods had great development ,but the culture of patients'safety in psychiatric hospitals is in the middle level ,initiative reports of security events need to be urgently improved .Different professional medical personnel have cognitive differences in safety culture .Manpower allocation can't meet the job requirements of diagnosis and treatment , and punishment treatments of security events and cognition deficiency of safety culture are important factors which should restrict the construction of hospital safety culture .Decision‐making systems should change the treatment methods of security events ,improve the cognitive ability of safety culture of medical staff ,enhance the humanistic care to employees ,improve employees'job satisfaction ,allocate human resources rationally ,and adopt scientific intervention measures to improve hospitals'safety culture .
