摘要 磁共振成像技术日新月异,在临床中的应用范围越来越广。这项技术提供更多影像信息的同时,也会带来一系列的伦理学问题。本文揭示了磁共振成像临床应用过程中存在的伦理学问题——过度检查、知情同意权被忽视、生命健康权及隐私权受到侵犯等;分析了这些问题的成因;针对这些问题提出了相应的解决对策,指出以患者的利益为中心,避免过度检查,充分保护患者的知情同意权、选择权、生命健康权及隐私权,努力提高自身业务水平,充分发挥磁共振成像技术在临床诊断中的优势,扬长避短,进而更好地服务于患者。 The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technology is developing rapidly and its clinical application is on the rising .While providing more information ,it has also brought some ethical issues ,such as over use of MRI ,overlook of the patients'right of informed consent ,violation of the rights of life and health ,and invasion of the patients'privacy .After the causes of these problems being analyzed ,some suggestions are made in this paper to solve these problems .When using an MRI scan in clinical application ,we should keep the following things in mind:put the patients'interests in the first place ,avoid excessive medical care ,respect the patients'rights to know ,to agree and to choose ,and protect their rights of life and health ,as well as their privacy .Medical practitioners are obligated to improve their techniques and to offer higher quality of medical service .
