温度和盐度对厚壳贻贝耗氧率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Temperature and Salinity on Oxygen Consumption Rate of Rate of Mytilus coruscus Mytilus coruscus

摘要 采用实验生态学方法研究了温度和盐度对厚壳贻贝耗氧率(OR)的影响。根据厚壳贻贝的个体大小分为A、B、C 3组(壳长分别为5.72±0.18、7.12±0.14、8.40±0.19 cm,软体部干重分别为5.75±0.62、10.83±1.23、12.58±2.05 g),温度设10℃、16℃、22℃、28℃、34℃5个梯度,盐度设14、19、24、29、34共5个梯度。结果表明:(1)温度、个体大小对厚壳贻贝的耗氧率有显著影响(F〉F0.01),而温度和体重的交互作用对厚壳贻贝的耗氧率无显著影响(FF0.01)。盐度在14~29时,3组厚壳贻贝的耗氧率随盐度的升高而逐渐增加,当盐度升至34时耗氧率下降。厚壳贻贝单位耗氧率(ORS)与软体部干重(W)的关系可用回归方程表示为ORS=a2W-b2,a2值为0.533 9~1.487 3,平均值为0.971 6;b2值为0.307 8~0.566 9,平均值为0.431 7。 The oxygen consumption rate (OR) of Mytilus coruscus were studied by ecological in methods in laboratory under controlled conditions of temperature (10 ℃ , 16 ℃ , 22 ℃ , 28 ℃ and 34 ℃resperctively ) and salinity (14, 19, 24, 29 and 34 resperctively). Three groups were set up to study the OR, with shell length of 5.72 ± 0.18, 7.12 ± 0.14 and 8.40 ± 0.19 cm, and soft tissue dry weight of 5.75 ± 0.62, 10.83 ± 1.23 and 12.58 ± 2.05 g, resperctively. The results showed that: (1) Individual size and temperature had significant effects on OR (F〉F0.01), but interaction of the both had no significant effects (F〈F0.05). The rate increased with temperature ranges from 10 ℃ to 28 ℃, but reduced at temperature of 34 ℃ . The relationship between ORr and dry weight of soft tissue (W) can be represented by the allometric equation 0R7, = a1W-b1, where al ranges from 0.902 9 to 1.374 2, with mean of 1.151 3, and bl ranges from 0.275 8 to 0.871 3, with mean of 0.482 2. (2) Individual size, salinity and interaction of the both had significant effects on OR (F〉F0.01). The rate increased with salinity ranges from 14 to 29, but reduced at salinity of 34. The relationship between ORs and dry weight of soft tissue (W) can be represented by the allometric equation ORs = a2W-b2, where a2 ranges from 0.523 9 to 1.487 3, with mean of 0.971 6, and b2 ranges from 0.307 8 to 0.566 9, with mean of 0.431 7.
