摘要
通过添加不同含量的Ca O,经双联法脱磷制备了不同碱度的脱磷渣,以研究终渣碱度对渣金间磷分配比的影响。基于统计学分析方法,终渣成分及含量计算不同初始碱度的磷平衡分配比,利用非线性方程拟合不同碱度下磷平衡分配比,得到磷分配比关于碱度的三次多项式方程。经试验分析研究:当终渣氧化铁含量为20%,碱度为2.166时,利用转炉双联法具有较好的脱磷效果。
Adding different amounts of Ca O, the dephosphorizing slag with different alkalinity was prepared by using double dephosphorization method to study the effects of final slag alkalinity on slag phosphorus partition ratio. According to the final slag composition and its content, statistical analysis method was applied to calculate the phosphorus balanced partition ratio under different initial alkalinity, which were fitted using the nonlinear equation to get a cubic polynomial equation of phosphorus partition ratio on alkalinity. The test analyses show that, under the condition of the alkalinity of2.166, the duplex process has the better dephosphorization effect.
