摘要
目的建立石墨炉原子吸收法测定复方氨基酸注射液中铝(Al)的残留量。方法样品用1%硝酸直接稀释,选择标准加入法测定定量以消除基体效应和干扰。结果 Al标准曲线的相关系数0.9993,平均回收率为96.40%,其RSD在1.77%。不同生产企业的氨基酸注射液中铝残留量存在很大差异。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方氨基酸注射液中Al铝的残留量测定。有必要控制复方氨基酸注射液中的铝的残留量。
Objective To establish graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy for detection of residual aluminum (Al) in compound amino acid injection. Methods Samples were directly diluted by 1% nitric acid. Standard addition method was applied to eliminate matrix effects and interference. Results Correlation coefficient of Al standard curve was 0.9993, the average recovery rate was 96.40%, and its RSD was 1.77%. There was a significant difference in residual aluminum in compound amino acid injection from different manufacturers. Conclusion This is an easy, quick and accurate method for detection of residual Al in compound amino acid injection. It is necessary to control residual Al in compound amino acid injection.
