摘要
文章阐述了黑龙江引进的移动X波段全相参多普勒气象雷达系统的主要性能和显著技术特点,该移动雷达在重大活动以及重大天气灾害来临时,在一定程度上弥补了现代气象应急手段的不足。移动雷达与固定雷达相比,具有较高的机动性,可为局地灾害性天气(强降水、冰雹等强对流天气)短时预警预报提供有效手段,为人工影响天气(人工增雨、防雹)作业指挥和效果评估提供更为精准的资料。文章简要阐述了移动X波段全相参多普勒天气雷达接收机的工作原理,并以移动雷达使用过程中出现的一次接收机故障为例,总结了维修移动雷达的方法、思路和经验,对做好移动雷达技术保障工作具有一定的参考价值。
This paper describes the main performance and technical characteristics of Heilongjiang mobile X-band full coherent Doppler weather radar. When the major activities and major weather disasters came, the mobile radar is in a certain extent makes up for the deficiency of the modern meteorological emergency measures. Compared with the fixed radar, mobile radar is of high mobility, which provides effective means for short-term warning forecast in the local severe weather such as rain, hail and strong convective weather. It also provides more precise information on weather modification operations command for artificial precipitation and hail proof as well as effect evaluation. Through a receiver fault found in the use of mobile radar process as an example, this paper briefly expounds the receiver working principle of mobile X-band full coherent Doppler weather radar, summarizes some maintenance method, thought and experience, which increases the mobile radar technology security.
