摘要
从临床心理学专业人才培养质量的现实出发,本文首先从知识结构、实践能力、创新能力、社会适应能力和心理与思想道德素质等5方面建立了临床心理学人才培养质量评价指标体系;然后运用主成分分析和聚类分析法建立了临床心理学人才培养质量评价模型,对比分析了各医学院校人才培养质量的效果,为现阶段高校和用人企业对学生综合能力测评提供一定的参考。
From the reality of clinical psychology talent cultivation quality, this paper first sets up the evaluation index system of clinical psychology talent cultivation quality from 5 aspects including knowledge structure, practical ability, innovation ability, social adaptation ability and psychological and ideological-moral quality; Then based on the principal component analysis and cluster analysis, this paper establishes the evaluation model of clinical psychology talent cultivation quality, and the effect of talent cultivation quality in each medical college is analyzed and compared. The result provides certain reference to the colleges and employers for the evaluation of students' comprehensive ability.
