脑梗死患者平均血小板体积与阿司匹林抵抗治疗的临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 选取我院收治的脑梗死患者患者130例,根据血小板聚集试验分为阿司匹林抵抗组(AR)、阿司匹林半抵抗组(ASR)和阿司匹林敏感组(AS),对三组患者的平均血小板体积水平进行比较分析。AR组平均血小板体积明显高于AS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);AR组平均血小板体积>8.5 f L者明显高于ASR组及AS组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑梗死患者中平均血小板体积水平与阿司匹林抵抗有一定的相关性,
